Take your favorite popcicle as a kid and add an adult kick. If you can't find any of the flavored vodkas just stick to a vanilla flavored one. The 10 hours includes all the setting time.

    Ingredients

    • 3 oz blue raspberry flavored gelatin (not diet)
    • 3 oz cherry flavored gelatin (not diet)
    • 1/2 oz unflavored gelatin (this is two packages), divided
    • 1 cup boiling water, divided
    • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1/4 cup cherry flavored vodka
    • 1/4 cup blue raspberry vodka
    • 1/4 cup lime flavored vodka

    Directions

    1. 1Spray the star molds lightly with oil/cooking spray. Wipe down any extra. The molds I used only came with six, so I used some mini popcicle holders. The molds are much easier to work with then the popcicle holders.
    2. 2Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil.
    3. 3In a small bowl add your cherry gelatin and 1/2 packet of unflavored gelatin. The extra gelatin will help them hold their shape better.
    4. 4Pour boiling water into the bowl with the jello and stir until dissolved. Then add the 1/4 cup cherry flavored vodka.
    5. 5Using a funnel or eye dropper (that's that I used) fill the star mold a little over a 1/3 of the way full. The red and blue colors will be more than the white...just like in a bomb pop.
    6. 6Transfer to fridge and let sit for 25 minutes.
    7. 7Ten minutes before the red layer is done start the white layer.
    8. 8Add 1/4 cup lime vodka in a medium bowl. Sprinkle 1/4 oz (one whole packet) unflavored gelatin.
    9. 9Bring heavy cream to a boil and pour into the bloomed unflavored vodka. Whisk until gelatin has dissolved.
    10. 10Remove molds from fridge and fill the white layer, this time less than 1/3 of the way. Put back in fridge for about 15 minutes.
    11. 11In a small bowl add your blue raspberry gelatin and the remaining 1/2 packet of unflavored gelatin.
    12. 12Boil the other 1/2 cup water and place into bowl. Let gelatin dissolve and then add blue raspberry vodka.
    13. 13Fill up the remainder of the molds with the blue gelatin layer.
    14. 14Put in fridge over night. Unmold by carefully pushing the stars out.

I'm going to try using regular vodka and jello flavors, instead of many different vodkas and unflavored gelatin.
