    Ingredients

    • 6 Cups Heavy Cream
    • 6 Cups Whole Milk
    • 8  Egg Yolks
    • 1 Box Boo Berry Cereal
    • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar

    Directions

    1. 1Seperate the marshmallows from the cereal. Now set 1/4 of the cereal aside.
    2. 2Add the larger amount of cereal to the cream and let soak 30 minutes.
    3. 3Heat milk and sugar to almost boiling, you will notice it begin to bubble on the sides of the pan. Watch closely and don't let it boil over!
    4. 4Start whisking the eggs, and pour the hot milk over them slowly while constantly whisking.
    5. 5Cook this mixture slowly, constantly stirring until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
    6. 6pour warm milk yolk sugar mix onto the cream/cereal mix. Let this sit an hour or two while cooling in the fridge. When cold, strain mixture, add in marshmallows, and freeze in your ice cream machine!
    7. 7Put this into your freezer to harden further.
    8. 8Break the remaining cereal into small pieces and sprinkle over ice cream scoops before serving.
