tablespoon brandy or 1/2 teaspoon brandy extract

Directions

  • 1 Beat egg with wire whisk until foamy. Heat egg, whipping cream and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in brandy. Serve warm or refrigerate.
