Fast and one-skillet easy! Make a hearty meat-and-potatoes meal of flavorful bratwurst and creamy ranch potatoes.

Ingredients

fresh bratwurst (1/2 pound)
1
package Betty Crocker™ ranch potatoes
2 1/4
cups hot water
2/3
cup milk
1
tablespoon yellow mustard

Directions

  • 1 Remove skin from bratwurst. Cook bratwurst in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, breaking into small pieces, until no longer pink; drain thoroughly.
  • 2 Stir in Potatoes, Sauce Mix, hot water, milk and mustard. Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally; reduce heat.
  • 3 Cover and simmer 16 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and sauce is as thick as you'd like. Empty into serving dish; sprinkle with Topping. Let stand 5 minutes.
