    Ingredients

    • 4 All beef hot dogs
    • 4 Strips thick bacon
    • 4 Hot dog buns
    • 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
    • 1 Cup mixed greens or lettuce
    • 4 Large eggs, over-easy
    • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
    • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce (optional)

    Directions

    1. 1Take each hot dog and wrap it in a strip of thick bacon. Lay the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet.
    2. 2Bake the hot dogs at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is very crispy.
    3. 3Toast your hot dog buns and prepare your onions, lettuce, and any other toppings you want.
    4. 4Add butter to a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    5. 5Once butter is simmering and hot, crack in four eggs. Cook eggs for 2 minutes on the first side until the whites are mostly cooked.
    6. 6Carefully flip eggs to and cook for just 15 seconds on the second side. Remove eggs from heat.
    7. 7Add an egg to each hot dog bun along with a bacon wrapped hot dog. Top with lettuce and red onions and a drizzle of hot sauce. Serve immediately!
