Brownie Cheesecake Bites

A rich desert with chocolate cheesee cake sandwiched between two brownie cookies topped with raspberries and powdered sugar. Can you say YUMM!!

    Ingredients

    • 1 brownie mix prepared as directed
    • 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
    • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    • 1 sm. Package Chocolate Instant Pudding
    • 8 oz. Cool Whip
    • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
    • 1 sm. container Fresh Raspberries
    • Fat free and sugar free variatons of ingredients can be used.
    • 48 paper cupcake liners- You may want to use decorated ones for half of the brownies as they will be se

    Directions

    1. 1Mix Brownies according to direction.
    2. 2Fill Muffin Pans with paper liners.
    3. 3Spray liners with no-stick spray
    4. 4Place a small amount apx. 1 Tb. into each liner. You need 48.
    5. 5Cook at 350 for 8-10 minutes- just untill done- Do not overcook.
    6. 6While cooking the brownies, start mixing the cheesecake.
    7. 7Start by mixing the cream cheese and milk. Use mixer to get a smooth mixture.
    8. 8Mix in Instant pudding. make sure it is well mixed.
    9. 9Fold in Cool Whip using spatula, making sure the cheesecake is uniform in color and texture.
    10. 10After bownies have cooled, spoon in cheesecake mixture on top of Half the brownies (24).
    11. 11Take the other half of brownies out of their liners and place one on top of each of the other cheesecake filled brownies.
    12. 12Refrigerate for at least 2 hours lettng the cheesecake set.
    13. 13Top with raspberries and powdered sugar befor serving.
