Make an old-fashioned dessert the easy way with a roll of Pillsbury® brownies found in the refrigerated case. Simply delicious!

Ingredients

2
cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling
1
roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated traditional chocolate fudge brownies
1
cup quick-cooking oats
1/2
cup chopped almonds, if desired
Vanilla and chocolate marble-swirl ice cream, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In 3-quart saucepan, heat pie filling to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir brownie batter, oats and almonds until well blended.
  • 2 Spoon pie filling evenly into ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) or 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Drop brownie mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls over pie filling.
  • 3 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of brownie comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes. To serve, spoon into bowls; top with ice cream.
Tips

Vary the pie filling, and you'll get a whole new crisp!
