Creamy, spicy and delicious--these buffalo-inspired mini crescent dogs are sure to fly off the table at your next game-day get-together.

Ingredients

2
cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
48
cocktail-size smoked link sausages or hot dogs (from two 14-oz packages)
3/4
cup crumbled blue cheese (from 4-oz container)
1/2
cup Buffalo wing sauce
1/2
cup ranch dressing

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 narrow triangles.
  • 2 Cut small slit in each sausage. Insert 1/4 teaspoon blue cheese into each slit.
  • 3 Place 1 sausage, cheese side down, on shortest side of each triangle. Roll up, rolling to opposite point. Place stuffed side up on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
  • 4 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, switching position of cookie sheets halfway through baking. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
  • 5 Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix sauce and dressing. Serve with mini crescent dogs.
Tips

Try different sauces with these dogs for fun--barbecue sauce, steak sauce and honey mustard all make nice substitutions.

To keep the Buffalo theme, add celery and carrot sticks to your serving tray.
