Why oh whyyyyy must buffalo anything be so wonderful?
I could snack on buffalo Q-tips and glow for hours. I could munch on a blown-out buffalo tire for an afternoon and request another. I could gnaw on buffalo chicken wire and brag about it for days, once the surgery had healed my mouth.
Whyyyyy is it so good? I have no idea, but guess what. I just dumped about 4 gallons of it into some ground turkey, patted out some little patties with it, grilled 'em up all nice and buffalo-y, and served them with another pound or 40 of sliced avocado and melted blue cheese crumbles.
Why oh whyyyy doesn't my shower head have a buffalo setting on it?

Grab some ground turkey, some buffalo sauce, bunz, I mean buns, some blue cheese, avocado and lettuce of your choice!
It's so easy. Ready? Okay.
That's it! And you have a choice in your life at this moment in time. You can either cover them up, stick them in the fridge for some flavor marrying, or you can get them straight on the grill.

Slice up some avocado, like deez.
Toast your buns. HAHAHAHA. Sorry. But really, toast them with some blue cheese on the top half. And voila...
Whyyyyyy is it so wonderful?
