lb. boneless country-style pork loin ribs, cut into 1-inch pieces
4
cups chopped cabbage
4
medium carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices (2 cups)
2
medium stalks celery, chopped (1 cup)
1
medium potato, peeled, cut into 1/2x1/4-inch pieces
1/2
cup chopped onion
1/4
cup firmly packed brown sugar
4
chicken-flavor bouillon cubes
4
cups water
1
(28-oz.) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
1
teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/2
teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • 1 In 4- to 5-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  • 2 Cover; cook on low setting for about 8 hours.
Tips
