Adapted from Bon Appetit magazine, this Cajun seasoning is my go-to!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (increase this if you want it spicier)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder

Steps

    In a small bowl combine all ingredients.

    Stir and store in an airtight container at room temperature for a month.

    *For potatoes with more of a kick, sprinkle with a little extra cayenne pepper.
