It's never been easier to create holiday cookies. Just twist colorful refrigerated cookie dough into jolly and delicious treats.

Ingredients

package (28 oz) Pillsbury™ red and green sugar cookies

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. For each cookie, shape 1 level measuring teaspoon of each color dough into 4-inch rope, about 1/4 inch thick, by rolling back and forth on lightly floured surface. Place 1 red and 1 green rope side by side; press together lightly and twist. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; curve top of cookie down to form handle of cane.
  • 2 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
Tips  

Refrigerate the dough until you are ready to use it. When you remove part of it at a time, the dough will be easy to handle.
