    Ingredients

    • 3 large granny smith apples (peeled and sliced)
    • 2 cup oatmeal
    • 1 package sugar cookie mix
    • 1 5oz. vanilla pudding (cook&serve)
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup caramel syrup

    Directions

    1. 1Grease 13x9 casarole dish
    2. 2place oatmeal on bottom of dish then place 1/2 the sliced apples
    3. 3mix vanilla pudding with milk and 1/2 of the package of sugar cookie mix.
    4. 4Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture on top of the apples.
    5. 5drizzle 1/4 cup of caramel
    6. 6add the other 1/2 apple slices
    7. 7add 1 cup oatmeal
    8. 8spread on remaining 1/2 of pudding mixture
    9. 9pour the remaining 1/2 of sugar cookie mix on top and cold butter sliced into pieces and drizzle with caramel syrup.
    10. 10Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Hi Anon - Choose whatever apple variety that you enjoy the most. Also, you do not need to cook the oatmeal beforehand.
