    Ingredients

    • 12 cups popped popcorn
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup cinnamon chips
    • 1 cup toffee bits
    • 1 cup whole pecans
    • 1 cup dried apple chips
    • 1 tablespoon butter

    Directions

    1. 1Place the brown sugar, light corn syrup, salt, and butter in a microwave safe bowl.
    2. 2Microwave for about 1 minute, just until the butter is melted, then stir together until well mixed.
    3. 3Return to the microwave and cook for 2 minutes, stir, then cook for an additional 2 minutes.
    4. 4Add the baking soda and vanilla to the caramel. Stir until well mixed.
    5. 5Place your popped popcorn in a large bowl and drizzle the caramel over the popcorn.
    6. 6Sprinkle the cinnamon chips, toffee bits, pecans, and dried apple chips over the popcorn. Toss lightly. Allow to cool before serving.
