Step By Step

National Caramel Popcorn Day seems like the perfect time to enjoy caramel popcorn ... on a sundae!

As prepared by Wit and Vinegar,

Take your ice cream sundae up a notch with the caramely, salty goodness of Chex Mix Popped Sweet and Salty added as a yummy garnish.

It’s caramel popcorn day! We’re celebrating with an ice cream sundae topped with the new Chex Mix Popped Sweet and Salty. We’re talking classic Chex mix with a caramel corn boost. It’s so good, I had to stop myself from eating the whole bag before topping the ice cream.

Caramel Corn Sundae

The thing I love about sundaes is it’s super easy to make for a bunch of people. The ingredients we’re going with today are vanilla ice cream (although coffee is one of my favorites), some caramel, hot fudge, fresh whipped cream and a good amount of the Chex Mix.

Caramel Corn Sundae

First, some nice big scoops of ice cream, followed by a hearty drizzle of caramel sauce.

Now the hot fudge.

Then top with a generous amount of whipped cream, and finally plenty of tasty Chex Mix.

Did I have to eat more than one of these sundaes for the sake of the shoot? Maybe. Yes. Not going to complain.
