Cheesy, caramel-y, pumpkin-y...yummy! These easy treats are great for dessert or just a warming afternoon snack on a cold day.

Ingredients

tablespoons canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

tablespoons dulce de leche caramel sauce

tablespoons cream cheese, softened

teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1
tablespoon sugar
1
can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375ºF. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. In small bowl, mix pumpkin, caramel, cream cheese and pumpkin pie spice. In another small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar; set aside.
  • 2 Separate dough into 8 triangles. Spread heaping teaspoon of filling on each triangle, leaving 1/4-inch border.
  • 3 Roll each crescent up, and place on cookie sheet, leaving tips straight. Sprinkle each crescent with cinnamon sugar. Bake 13 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Tips  

Caramel sauce can be used in place of the dulce de leche, but the filling will not be quite as thick.
