Stir orange and cashew mixture into peas for a flavorful side dish!

Ingredients

cups frozen sugar snap peas
1/3
cup orange juice
1
tablespoon honey
1
teaspoon cornstarch
1/8
teaspoon salt
1/2
teaspoon grated orange peel, if desired
1/4
cup cashews

Directions

  • 1 Cook peas as directed on package. Drain.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, cornstarch and salt; mix until well blended. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in orange peel and cashews.
  • 3 Place cooked peas in serving bowl. Pour orange-cashew mixture over peas; stir gently to mix.
