Easier than take-out, this recipe will help you pinch pennies while still enjoying all the flavor of your favorite Chinese restaurant.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil or olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 package (16 ounce) carrot & cabbage cole slaw
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 12 egg roll wrappers

Steps

    Preheat Oven to 425°F. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cole slaw. Cook until slaw is wilted. Add soy sauce and green onions. Remove from heat and roll in egg roll wrappers. Place on a baking sheet. Spray generously with non-stick olive oil cooking spray.

    Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Remove and serve immediately. Enjoy!
