    Ingredients

    • 1 Can Corn
    • 1 Can Black Beans
    • 2 Cups White Rice
    • 5-10 Frozen Chicken Nuggets
    • Shredded Cheese
    • Sriracha Hot Sauce
    • Salt & Pepper
    • Butter

    Directions

    1. 1Cook the rice whether stove top, microwave, or rice cooker.
    2. 2Next warm up your corn, black beans, and nuggets.
    3. 3Cut up the nuggets when cooked into bite sized chunks.
    4. 4Once rice is done spoon desired amount into bowls. Lightly butter, salt & pepper.
    5. 5Layer black beans, corn, chicken, and cheese. Drizzle as desired with the sriracha.
