  • 1  package Betty Crocker® hash brown potatoes
  • 4  cups very hot water
  • 2  cups cubed fully cooked Hormel® CURE 81r ham
  • 3/4  cup milk
  • 1/3  cup sliced green onions
  • 1  can (11 ounces) Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2  cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°. Cover Potatoes with very hot water in 2 1/2-quart bowl. Let stand uncovered about 8 minutes; drain thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Spread mixture in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese; bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
