Looking for a tasty meal? Then check out cheesy beef burger topped with veggies - perfect for a dinner.

Ingredients

1 1/2
lb extra-lean (95% lean) ground beef
2/3
cup shredded sharp reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (2 1/2 oz)
2
tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3
medium green onions, chopped (3 tablespoons)
1
teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
3
medium Yukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced
2
cups baby-cut carrots
18
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
6
medium green onions, sliced (6 tablespoons)

Directions

  • 1 Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Cut six 18x12-inch pieces of heavy-duty foil; spray half of one side of each piece with cooking spray.
  • 2 In large bowl, mix beef, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, 3 chopped onions and peppered seasoned salt. Shape mixture into 6 patties, about 1 inch thick. On sprayed side of each foil piece, place potatoes. Top with beef patty, carrots, tomatoes and 6 sliced onions.
  • 3 Fold foil over patties and vegetables so edges meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again. Allow space on sides for circulation and expansion.
  • 4 Cover and grill packets over MEDIUM heat 17 to 20 minutes, rotating packets 1/2 turn after 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Place packets on plates. Cut large X across top of each packet; fold back foil.
Tips

If you’re out of peppered seasoned salt, use 1 teaspoon seasoned salt or 1/2 teaspoon salt for each teaspoon of peppered seasoned salt.
