  • 1  (8 1/2-oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1  (4.5-oz.) can Old El Paso® Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1  egg, beaten
  • 4  oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3  cup milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.

  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly in greased pan.

  3. Bake at 400°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve topped with Old El Paso® Salsa and sour cream if desired.
