    Ingredients

    • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
    • 1 1/3 cups water
    • 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    • 4  boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in a shallow baking dish (2 quart).
    2. 2Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture. Season as desired. Cover the baking dish and place in oven.
    3. 3Bake 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Top with the cheese. Let the casserole stand for 10 minutes before serving.
