Ingredients

  • 1  can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1  cup shredded American-Cheddar cheese blend (4 oz)
  • 1  teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1  bag (12 oz) Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen cut green beans, thawed, drained
  • 1  small red bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 1/2  cups Cheddar French-fried onions (from 6-oz can)

Jen: Try Imagine or Pacific brands (gluten-free) for the soup; they come in med. size 'boxes',not cans. Make your own o rings, or put sauteed onion in the casserole & top with corn flakes, bread crumbs, potato chips or stics or slivered nuts for crunch.
