Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 9 x 13 pan pour hot water, add Lipton noodle soup and mix. Add rice and mix again. Set aside. Brown sausage, green peppers and mushrooms in pan - drain. Add to noodle soup/rice mixture - mix together.
Bake for 55 mins- remove from oven. Add cheese on top. Bake in oven for 5 more mins. Remove and serve with garlic bread, butter bread or rolls.
