Cherries make this smoothie a refreshing way to start your day!

Ingredients

containers (5.3 oz each) honey Greek yogurt
1 1/2
cups Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic cherries
1/2
cup Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic strawberries
1
cup milk

Directions

  • 1 In blender, place all ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into 3 glasses. Serve immediately.
Tips  

Try a berry flavored yogurt to intensify the berry flavor.

To easily and safely clean your blender after making smoothies--fill container halfway with water, and pulse several times to clean off blades before washing.

Garnish smoothies with fresh cherries or strawberries.
