Like a lot of cooks, you probably tweak recipes slightly to suit your family's tastes and diets. A little extra spice here... sub low-fat sour cream there...

HEAT oven to 375º. Mix baking mix and sugar in large bowl; cut in margarine until crumbly. Press evenly in bottom of 2 ungreased rectangular pans, 13x9x2 inches.
BAKE about 10 minutes or until edges are light brown; cool.
SPREAD 2 cans pie filling evenly over crust in each pan. Prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package. Spread evenly over pie filling. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into squares.
