Try out this fruit punch made with apple cider, pineapple juice and ginger ale for a refreshing, no-fuss drink.

Ingredients

box (4-serving size) Jell-O™ cherry-flavored gelatin

cup boiling water
1
can (46 oz) pineapple juice, chilled
1
quart (4 cups) apple cider, chilled
1/4
cup lemon juice
1
bottle (33.8 oz) ginger ale, chilled

Directions

  • 1 In 3-quart pitcher or bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice, apple cider and lemon juice. If desired, refrigerate until serving time.
  • 2 Just before serving, pour mixture into punch bowl. Gently stir in ginger ale.
