Chicken and Waffle Sushi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 bag popcorn chicken nuggets (frozen)
  • Whipped cream
  • Syrup

Steps

    Prepare waffles using a Belgian Waffle Maker according to Bisquick™ directions. Let cool.

    Cook popcorn chicken nuggets according to package directions. Let cool.

    Cut waffles into strips, the width of one waffle square.
  • 4
    Wrap around one piece of chicken, secure with a toothpick if needed, or a dab of whipped cream.
  • 5
    Drizzle syrup on the plate and place waffle sushi on top. Top with whipped cream and syrup. Serve with chopsticks.
