Stuff biscuits with chicken and Alfredo sauce for a simple, filling dinner.

Ingredients

cups diced cooked chicken
1/3
cup chopped cooked bacon
1
jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
1
can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated original biscuits

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir together chicken, bacon and Alfredo sauce; set aside.
  • 3 Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Roll out each into 5-inch round. Place 1 round in each muffin cup. Firmly press dough into bottom and up sides of cups.
  • 4 Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture into center of each dough-lined cup. Bring dough edges together in center to cover filling; pinch together to seal.
  • 5 Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until tops of biscuits are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Tips  

Plan in advance. This recipe uses precooked chicken and bacon.

Add some cooked spinach or broccoli!
