    Ingredients

    • 3  cups (750mL) Green Giant® Cut Broccoli, frozen
    • 1  lb. (500g) boneless, cooked chicken or turkey cut into thick strips or cubes
    • 2  cans (284 mL/10 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • 1  cup (250m) dairy sour cream
    • 2  to 3 teaspoons (10-15mL) curry powder
    • 1/8  teaspoon (0.5mL) garlic powder
    • 1/2  cup (125mL) coarse bread crumbs
    • 1/2  cup (125mL) grated Cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. (180°C.) Rinse broccoli under hot water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Spread broccoli in layer over bottom of 8-inch (22 cm) square pan or casserole, top with a layer of cooked chicken. In medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, curry and garlic powder. Pour evenly over chicken; top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.

    My grandma used to make this all the time when I was little. This is "home food" for me. Soo good! Serve with some hot dinner rolls or over rice. Yumm!
