Italian dinner made ready in just 30 minutes! Enjoy zesty garlic chicken coated with bread crumbs, cheese and oregano - baked to crunchy perfection.

Ingredients

1/4
cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs
1/4
cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1
teaspoon dried oregano leaves
2
tablespoons lemon juice
2
small cloves garlic, minced
4
boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
Cooking spray

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
  • 2 In shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, cheese and oregano. In small cup or bowl, mix lemon juice and garlic. Brush both sides of each chicken breast with lemon juice mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray.
  • 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).
Tips

"I look for ways to cook that don't add extra fat. This is a great one because the Parmesan-crumb crust keeps the chicken moist and adds great flavor." Livia
