Caesar pasta salad mix and refrigerated pesto hurry along the preparation of a pretty salad.

Ingredients

box (7.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Pasta Salad® Caesar pasta salad mix

cup cold water

tablespoons vegetable oil

cups cut-up cooked chicken

cups shredded romaine lettuce

tablespoons sliced green onions

medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)

can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1
container (7 oz) refrigerated basil pesto

Directions

  • 1 Make pasta salad as directed on package, using water and oil. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 2 Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Tips  

This recipe can be made with leftover chicken, making it great for a quick supper.
