    Ingredients

    • 1 (16 ounce) package pasta (such as shells, penne or rotini)
    • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
    • 1 whole Hothouse cucumber, chopped
    • 1 cup red grapes, halved
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 3/4 teaspoon mustard powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    • 1/3 cup olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

    Directions

    1. 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil then cook pasta according to package directions. Drain then rinse under cold water until cool.
    2. 2Add pasta, chicken, cucumber and grapes to a bowl.
    3. 3Make the dressing by whisking together the sugar, mustard powder, salt, vinegar, olive oil and poppy seeds until blended. Pour dressing over pasta and toss.
    4. 4Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Serve.
