    Ingredients

    • Crust (below)
    • 1/4  cup margarine or butter
    • 1/4  cup Bisquick® Original baking mix
    • 1/2  tsp parsley flakes
    • 1  cup chicken broth
    • 1  cup frozen vegetable mixture (any style)
    • 1  cup cut-up cooked chicken
    • 1/2  cup Bisquick® Original baking mix
    • 1/3  cup milk
    • 1  Tbsp margarine or butter, melted

    Directions

    1. 1HEAT oven to 400º. Prepare Crust. Melt margarine in 2-qt saucepan. Stir in 1/4 cup baking mix and the parsley. Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in chicken broth and vegetable mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 min. Stir in chicken; heat through.
    2. 2POUR chicken mixture into crust. Stir remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour evenly over chicken mixture.
    3. 3BAKE 25 to 28 min or until crust is golden brown. 6 servings.

    my grandson made this but a touch differant. cooked chicken breast first and used the left over from the first meal we made. then melt frozen vegs- ang kind you want. put into square baking pan then add the chicken, cheese and then add about 1/2 c Bisquick. sture up heat about 25 or so min. and then get ready to eat it all. both of my grandsons make up there own recipes and they are good.
