Six ingredients, three steps and 10 minutes are all it takes to make this delicious beef and pasta skillet meal made using Old El Paso® thick 'n chunky salsa. A perfect Mexican dinner.

Ingredients

cups uncooked rotini pasta (8 oz)

lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1
medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1
can (11.25 oz) condensed fiesta chili beef with beans soup
1
cup Old El Paso™ thick 'n chunky salsa
1/2
cup water
1
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Directions

  • 1 Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Reduce heat to medium. Stir soup, salsa and water into beef. Cook until thoroughly heated.
  • 3 Serve beef mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
