    Ingredients

    • 12  chicken wings (about 2 lb.), tips removed, wings cut in half
    • 1/2  cup hoisin sauce
    • 2  tablespoons duck sauce (containing apricots and peaches)
    • 2  tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 1/2  teaspoons chili paste or 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    • 1  garlic clove, minced

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 375°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil. Arrange chicken wings in foil-lined pan. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Brush or spoon about half of sauce onto chicken wings. Bake at 375°F. for 30 minutes.
    2. 2Remove pan from oven. Turn wings over; brush with remaining sauce.
    3. 3Return to oven; bake an additional 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink next to bone.
