Ingredients

(12-oz.) pkg. (2 cups) white vanilla chips
1 1/2
cups chopped salted cashews
1
oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Directions

  • 1 In medium saucepan, melt vanilla chips over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in cashews.
  • 2 Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into small foil or paper candy cups. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Tips  

Chocolate Cashew Candies Chopped white chocolate baking bars or vanilla-flavored candy coating can be used in place of the white vanilla chips. White chocolate can be difficult to melt; to keep it smooth, melt it very slowly over low heat.
