    Ingredients

    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 2 tablespoons softened butter
    • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • 1 bag mini pretzels
    • 1 bag milk chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. 1Combine butter and peanut butter and mix on high. Add the sugars and flour. Keep mixing until you can form mini peanut butter balls in your hand without it sticking too much.
    2. 2Make a peanut butter sandwich with two pretzels. Then place them in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
    3. 3Melt milk chocolate over a double broiler for dipping.
    4. 4Dip one side of the pretzels in the chocolate.
    5. 5Place the chocolate covered pretzels on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.

My pb mixture was very crumbly....I might throw in one or two drops of milk or water next time to make it a bit smoother.

Hi Darlene22 - It looks like one of our fans has an excellent suggestion on how to use a crock pot to melt the chocolate. Let us know how it turns out! Just make sure that the crock pot is big enough to hold all the melted chocolate.

May be they want to use the crock pot to melt the chocolate and dip the pretzels in. Might be a interesting way to clean up fast and not be so messy if you can use a crock pot liner. Just pull the liner out and throw it in the garbage. Not sure how well that would actually work.
