Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Pretzels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 bag mini pretzels
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips

    Combine butter and peanut butter and mix on high. Add the sugars and flour. Keep mixing until you can form mini peanut butter balls in your hand without it sticking too much.

    Make a peanut butter sandwich with two pretzels. Then place them in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.

    Melt milk chocolate over a double broiler for dipping.

    Dip one side of the pretzels in the chocolate.

    Place the chocolate covered pretzels on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
