    Ingredients

    • 2  (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 4  cups powdered sugar
    • 1  tablespoon milk
    • 1  teaspoon rum extract
    • 1/4  teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/8  teaspoon nutmeg
    • 1/2  cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • GLAZE
    • 1/2  cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1  teaspoon oil

    Directions

    1. 1Line cookie sheets with waxed paper. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add 2 cups of the powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Add milk, vanilla extract, rum extract, cinnamon and nutmeg; blend well. Gradually add remaining 2 cups powdered sugar. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until mixture is firm enough to handle. Roll mixture into 3/4-inch balls; place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
    2. 2In small saucepan, melt glaze ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly. Drizzle glaze over candies. Allow glaze to set. Store in single layer in tightly covered container.
