    Ingredients

    • 1  tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa
    • 1  tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon margarine or butter
    • 2  tablespoons boiling water
    • 1  cup powdered sugar

    Directions

    1. 1Mix cocoa, margarine and water in 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thick and smooth; remove from heat. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth.
