    Ingredients

    • 4  Polish sausages (about 3/4 pound)
    • 4  bratwurst sausages (about 3/4 pound)
    • 4  pork boneless loin chops, cut in half (about 1 1/2 pounds)
    • 1  large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
    • 2  tart red apples, sliced
    • 1  jar (32 ounces) sauerkraut, drained
    • 1/2  cup dry white wine or apple juice

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 350º. Cook sausages in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, pricking sausages to release fat and turning occasionally, until done; drain. Add pork to skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, until pork is brown on both sides. Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Place sausage mixture in ovenproof Dutch oven. Stir in remaining ingredients. Insert meat thermometer in piece of pork. Cover and bake 45 to 55 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meat thermometer registers 160º.
