Ingredients

tablespoon mild-flavor molasses

cups frozen stir-fry vegetables (from 1-pound bag)

cups Original Bisquick™ mix

Directions

  • 1 Cook beef in 10-skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Mix 2 cups water, the soy sauce, molasses, ginger, garlic powder and 3 tablespoons Bisquick; stir into beef mixture. Stir in frozen vegetables. Cook about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until boiling.
  • 2 Stir remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto boiling beef mixture; reduce heat.
  • 3 Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
Tips  

Use a 20-ounce package of a frozen meat and vegetable combination instead of the ground beef and frozen stir-fry vegetables.

Chill one or two 15 1/4-ounce cans of tropical fruit salad. Serve the fruit in individual small glass dishes and, for an added touch, sprinkle with shredded coconut.

Garnish this flavorful dinner with crushed red pepper. It adds a touch of color and an extra spark of flavor.
