Take pomegranate, cut in hald horizontally. Hold halved fruit, cut side down over a deep bowl, so the fruit is lower than the bowls edge. Take a heavy metal or wooden spoon and spack the skin side all over and the seed will fall out. You'll be able to feel the fruit get less firm where the seeds have come out. No more stained clothing and hands!
