I know it may seem a bit early, but I’m ready to talk Christmas!
Every single year Christmas just sneaks right up on me and it’s over before I can even bake a batch of cookies and drink some cold milk. So this year… I’m planning, prepping and baking a little early in hopes I can actually enjoy and experience Christmas the right way!

These bars, inspired by Bombshell Bling’s recipe, are delicious beyond words, and so easy to prepare and completely fun for everyone involved! I think even Santa himself would fully approve.
Okay, so to start, you gather your graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, chocolate chips, Mini Christmas M&M’S™, mini marshmallows and sweetened condensed milk.
Combine the graham crackers and butter until the crackers are moist.
Press the crumbs into the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Make sure you line your baking dish with parchment paper—it makes removing the bars SO much easier!
Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the graham cracker layer.
Now sprinkle all but a ½ cup of the mini marshmallows over the chocolate chips.
Then sprinkle all but a ½ cup of the mini M&M’S™ over the mini marshmallows.
Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over top of everything (it’s what makes these bars extra special!). Finally, sprinkle on the remaining mini M&M’s and marshmallows.
Cover the dish with foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 15-20 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden, gooey and delicious looking!
You can either serve this in a bowl as a warm and gooey dessert, or let cool and cut into bars.
Personally, I love these warm and gooey with a cold glass of milk!
