In just 40 minutes, you can be cozying up to these sweet Cinnamon Chip Muffins and a tall glass of milk.

Ingredients

1 1/2
cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
3/4
cup sugar
2
teaspoons baking powder
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/3
cup vegetable oil
1/3
cup milk
1
egg
1
teaspoon vanilla
1
cup cinnamon-flavored baking chips

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
  • 2 In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In small bowl, mix oil, milk, egg and vanilla. Pour into flour mixture; stir just until combined. Stir in cinnamon chips. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
  • 3 Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Serve warm, if desired.
Tips  

Substitute your favorite type of chips for the cinnamon chips.

These muffins freeze well.
