Ingredients

  • 2  cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch® cereal
  • 1  cup Fiber One® original bran cereal
  • 1 1/2  cups flaked coconut
  • 1  cup pecan halves
  • 1  cup blanched whole almonds
  • 1/2  cup sunflower nuts
  • 1/2  cup wheat germ
  • 1/2  cup ground flax seed
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 1  teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1  cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1  cup banana chips
  • 1  cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2  cup dried cherries
  • 1/2  cup golden raisins
  • 1/4  cup vegetable oil
  • 1  can (14 oz) fat-free sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

Directions

  1. 1Heat oven to 300°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, place both cereals, coconut, pecans, almonds, sunflower nuts, wheat germ, flax seed, salt and cinnamon; mix well. In small bowl, mix oil and condensed milk. Pour over cereal mixture; toss until well coated. Spread evenly in pan.
  2. 2Bake 50 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to break up any large clumps, until light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes.
  3. 3In large bowl, mix cereal mixture, apricots, banana chips, cranberries, cherries and raisins. Store in tightly covered container.
