Make a convenient change to comfort-food cobbler: Tasty refrigerated sweet rolls bake over a fruity filling in a warm, simply delicious dessert.

Ingredients

1
can (29 oz) pear halves in syrup, drained, sliced
1
can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1
can (12.4 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In 2-quart saucepan, mix pears and pie filling. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until mixture boils. Pour into ungreased 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish.
  • 2 Separate dough into 8 rolls; set icing aside. Place rolls, cinnamon side up, over hot fruit mixture.
  • 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until rolls are deep golden brown and fruit is bubbly. Spread icing over hot rolls. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Tips

Peaches, either halves or slices in syrup, can be substituted for the pear halves, and blueberry pie filling substituted for the cherry pie filling.
