These delicious cinnamon muffins make a wonderful breakfast or great anytime snack.

Ingredients

box Betty Crocker™ cinnamon streusel muffin mix
Milk, oil and eggs called for on muffin mix box
1/2
cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir muffin mix, milk, oil and eggs just until blended (batter may be lumpy). Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
  • 3 Coarsely crush cereal. In small bowl, mix streusel from packet and cereal. Sprinkle mixture over batter in each cup; press lightly.
  • 4 Bake 16 to 21 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
Tips  

If you don't have paper baking cups, you can spray muffin cups with cooking spray.
